Duties:

• Load and unload material as well as move supplies to work area.
• Mix, pour, and measure material such as sand, cement and water.
• Assist plasterer workers in preparing and applying plaster coatings on various surfaces such as walls, ceilings, and other structures.
• Assist in applying plaster to the prepared surfaces using various tools such as shovel, floats or spray equipment’s to spread the plaster evenly and achieve the desired texture.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Help with repair and patching tasks.
• Remove damaged or deteriorated plaster, prepare surfaces for repair, and apply new plaster to match the existing texture.
• Clean and maintain all the tools, equipment and work area. Also, make sure everything is in good condition to use and throw out all the waste materials.
• Collaborate with other workers, such as contractors or supervisors, to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
