Job Posting: Glazier Supervisor

Location: Concord, ON

Position Type:  Full Time 

Wage: $38.50 per 40 hours a week

Work Address – 8161 Keele Street, Unit 14-15 Concord, ON L4K 1Z3

Key Responsibilities:

•              Supervise interpretation of blueprints and specifications for aluminum components.

•              Oversee measuring, marking, and cutting of aluminum in the workshop and on-site.

•              Ensure proper fitting of anti-glare film on aluminum when needed.

•              Manage loading of materials onto delivery trucks for transport.

•              Oversee fabrication and installation of moldings for aluminum.

•              Direct removal of broken glass and aluminum components before new installations.

•              Manage operation of hoists or cranes for heavy lifting.

•              Ensure job area is cleaned post-installation and confirm client satisfaction.

•              Conduct hiring, training, and performance evaluations for staff development.

Qualifications:

- College diploma or equivalent

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children.

- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative.
