We will provide:

- Minimum 30 – 40 hours per week throughout your employment period

- Paid Vacation of 2 Weeks each year or 4% of salary

- Pay from $29.00 - $32.00 per hour

Duties

• Managing employee schedules, monitoring attendance and ensuring adequate staff during business hours
• Onboard new hires and coach with the process, improve performance of existing associates and prepare work schedules for all full-time and part-time workers
• Ensuring the customer friendly, courtesies environment in the store and address issues or complaints to the customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that the team meets the sales goals and targets, as well as identifying and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Maintain specified inventory and ensure availability of stock
• Distribution of tasks according to the availability of work force to ensure no compromise with the goals of the store
• Review verify and approve all payments and returns according to established policy and procedures.
• Preparing reports regarding the sales of the store
• Maintain the stores appearance, including product displays, and specifications of products.
• Ensure the delivery of right product to the customer that functions as advertised
• Perform managerial duties if required, such as opening and closing the store

Requirements

• Minimum high school
• Minimum one month of experience is required in any supervisory or managerial role
• Ability to work legally in Canada
