Retail sales manager

• Location: 5200 Dixie Road, suite 53, Mississauga, ON L4W 1E8, Canada.
• Workplace information: On site (Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely).
• Salary: $44.00 to $46.00 per hour (To be negotiated)
• Total working hours: 30 to 40 hours per Week
• Terms of employment: Permanent employment/Full time
• Employment conditions: Day, Early Morning, Evening, Flexible Hours, Morning, On Call, Shift, To be determined
• Start date: Starts as soon as possible

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Responsibilities:

• Manage & lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize inventory management.
• Train and mentor staff to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Coordinate promotional events to boost foot traffic and brand visibility.
• Ensure a visually appealing showroom that showcases our furniture collections effectively.
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with suppliers to maintain stock levels and negotiate favorable terms.
• Monitor competitor activity to stay ahead in the market and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.
• Prepare reports for upper management on sales performance and team achievements.
