Job Description:

Mountain Peak International Trade LTD. is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Meat Cutter to join our team. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring our customers receive premium-quality meat products. You will collaborate with a team of skilled professionals in a dynamic and growing company that prioritizes freshness, quality, and customer satisfaction. Key Duties:

• Cut, bone, trim, and grind meats using knives, saws, and specialized equipment to meet retail/wholesale specifications.
• Prepare and portion meat products according to customer orders and company standards.
• Operate and maintain meat-cutting machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
• Weigh, package, label, and display meat products for retail sale, ensuring accurate pricing and presentation.
• Inspect meat upon delivery for quality and freshness, and store products in refrigerators/freezers following temperature guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and tools to comply with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and assist with placing orders as needed.
• Adhere to food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure product integrity.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and fulfill customer orders.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Meat Cutter.
• Knowledge of meat-cutting techniques (e.g., butchering, boning, trimming) and tools.
• Familiarity with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP) and sanitation practices in a retail/wholesale environment.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Team-oriented with effective communication skills.
