Job Description

Impact Health Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic Coaldale requires two Medical Office Admin in a full-time permanent role

Work Location - 2104B Land O' Lakes Dr, Coaldale, AB T1M 0C1

Wages- 21$ hourly / 32 to 40 hours per Week 

 

Languages

English

Education

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years

On-site

 Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Coordinate the flow of information
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Complete insurance and other claim forms
  • Maintain filing system
  • Order supplies and maintain inventory
  • Enter and format electronically based medical reports and correspondence and prepare spreadsheets and documents for review
  • Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records
  • Perform data entry
  • Provide customer service
