Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Supervise daily operations of truck drivers to ensure efficient route management.
Monitor truck drivers performance and compliance with safety regulations.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance truck drivers skills and safety awareness.
Schedule and assign routes based on delivery requirements and driver availability.
Handle driver grievances and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
Maintain accurate records of truck drivers performance and vehicle maintenance.
Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize freight transportation processes.
Ensure adherence to company policies and federal transportation regulations.
Evaluate and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Foster a positive team environment and promote driver engagement and morale.
