Heating Technician - Gas Fitter/Oil Burning

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

• In-depth knowledge of gas and/or oil burner systems, combustion principles, and associated equipment,including fuel supply components and control systems.

• Diagnose and resolve complex issues under pressure.

• Proficient in the use of tools and equipment necessary for installing, maintaining, and repairing gas and/or oil systems,.

• Thorough in performing inspections, documenting service activities, and ensuring all work complies with safety and operational standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of related experience is required.

• Ability to obtain certification requirements for Gas Technician and/or Oil Burner Technician in Ontario. 

• Ability to obtain a clean driver’s abstract. 

Salary: We offer a range from $35.00 to $45.00 / hour based on qualifications 

Bonus: Potential bonus of up to 15% of annual salary, at the discretion of the employer.

Job Type: Full-time permanent, we guarantee a minimum of 32 hours per week

Language:  At least intermediate oral proficiency in English is required.
