Job Description

Crown Traffic Management Ltd. is a Traffic control service. We offer top-notch TCP services to effectively manage traffic on construction sites, road works, special events, Lane Closer Traffic Services and Traffic Management Plan. We work timelessly to help people to reach their destination smoothly and timely. We are in need of an “Office Administrator” for our organization.

Position: Office Administrator

NOC: 13100  

Terms of employment: Permanent / Full Time 32 Hrs per week

Vacancy: 1

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: $34.80/ hour

Language: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: Minimum 2 year to less than 3 years experience needed.

Location: 301-3450, Uptown Blvd, Victoria, BC, V8Z 0B9


Main Duties:

  • Review, evaluate, supervise and manage office administrative procedures assess and introduce new procedures as necessary.
  • Assign responsibilities to office supporting personnel’s, coordinate with the office staff and delegate work to office support staff.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met at all times.
  • Execute the administrative task of the Organization. 
  • Manage the policies and procedures associated with disclosing records when handling request under legislation for government access to information and policy.
  • Help in formulating the operating budget and up hold inventory and fiscal controls.
  • Collect data and prepare regular and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Maintain files, records and documentation of clients and employees

 

Skilled needed: Computer and Technology Knowledge, Electronic mail, Electronic Scheduler, Spreadsheet, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word. Be able to supervise 3 to 4 people.

Personal suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, Flexibility, Initiative, Judgment, Organized, Team player.
