Location: Surrey, BC

Job Position: Retail meat cutter

Vacancy: 3

Salary/Wages: $ 29.00  per hour

Hours of Work: 30 -40 Hours per week

Terms: Full time, Permanent

Start Date: ASAP

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: Will train

Language: English

Duties:

  • Cut carcasses, sides and quarters
  • Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
  • Wrap and package prepared meats
  • Remove bones from meat
  • Weigh meats for sale
  • Cut poultry into parts
  • Sell meats to customers
  • Grind meats
  • Slice cooked meats
  • Prepare special displays of meats, poultry and sh products
