Languages:

  • English

Education:

College, CEGEP or other non-university certifi cate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience

Experience:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years

On site: Work must be completed at the physical location AND at client's location. 

Tasks:

  • Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweightsteel and other materials
  • Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware
  • Survey building locations and levels
  • Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals,industrial plants and other establishments
