Rupinderjeet Kaur and her family is looking for a patient, hardworking, attentive, trustworthy caregiver for their elderly parents. The care will be taken at her home situated in Brampton ON L6R 3H4 

Terms of Employment: Full time and permanent, 40hrs. Per week
Language: English
Education: Completion of High School or Equivalent.
Salary: $24 / hour
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 yea
Location: Brampton ON L6R 3H4 

Work site environment: Non-smoking

Work setting: Work in employer's/client's home

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pre-Book appointments with the doctor or any other appointment.
• Accompany them to the doctor and giving them scheduled medicines.
• Plan and provide wholesome healthy meals.
• Serve hot meals when the employer is not at home.
• Help in mending the bed and cleaning their bedroom.
• Assist them in climbing up and down the stairs.
• Engage in conversation, keep them interested and occupied.
• In the absence of house holder assume full responsibility of the household
• May have to make light meals as per the health condition of the elderly couple.
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• May have to do laundry for the elderly couple.
• Ensure the area, including the washroom remain dry and clear of any obstructions.
• May have to accompany the elderly to the nearby park
• Assist in regular walks and regular exercise.

Strictly no smoking is allowed in or around our house and we seek strictly a non-smoking person.

WAGES & BENEFITS:

Full time and permanent position, works 40 hrs. Per week

Overtime: 1.5 times employee's regular wage after 8 hours a day of work
