Position: Financial Management Officer

Position Available: 1

Terms of Employment: Full Time and Permanent (Overtime, weekends if required)

Wage: $35.00 per hour, for 40 hours per week

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Business Location: 6336 Vedder Road Chilliwack BC V2R 1C8

Job Duties:

• Analyze financial data and trends to assist in making informed budgeting and forecasting decisions.
• Develop, implement, and monitor financial policies and procedures to ensure effective management and compliance.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and statements regarding the company’s financial performance.
• Oversee budget planning, expense tracking, and financial forecasting.
• Provide recommendations for cost-saving and revenue-optimizing opportunities.
• Coordinate with various departments to manage financial planning and meet organizational objectives.
• Supervise and support staff involved in financial and accounting activities.

Job Requirements:

• Education: College diploma or certificate in financial management, accounting, or a related field (1-2 years program).
• Work Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in financial management or accounting.
• Language: English
