Permanent Position : Retail Store Manager

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time (Weekend, Overtime as required)

Wage Rate:  $34.65 per hour, for 35 to 40 hours per week.

 Job Duties:

• Recruit, train, and supervise store employees
• Conduct performance evaluations and manage schedules
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints
• Set and meet sales targets, analyze sales data
• Manage inventory levels, track orders, and coordinate with suppliers
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout
• Develop and manage store budget, control expenses
• Ensure cash flow and handle accounting functions

Requirements:

Education: High School is required.

Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience required.
