Kartik Venture Ltd O/A Circle K is urgently seeking for 1 Full Time Gas Station Supervisor who possess good communication and supervising skills so they can support to ensure efficient operation of gas station.

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise, co-ordinate and facilitate the working of Station Attendants
• Manage staff and assign duties
• Create work schedules 
• Oversee payroll administration
• Direct and control daily operations
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Manage the inventory and stocks used and authorize payments for orders 
• Maintain records of sales and merchandise
• Arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor report on performance
• Keep a check that all safety and security standards of the store are met including store policy’s regarding displays and signage 
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Perform other tasks as per the need and in case of shortage of staff

Skills Requirement

• Completion of secondary school required

• Minimum 6 months of previous retail sales experience in a similar field is required
• Previous Supervisory/Management experience an asset
