Job Description

As a Marketing coordinator the following duties must be performed:

• Prepare reports, research papers, educational texts or articles
• Act as spokesperson for an organization
• Answer written and oral inquiries
• Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material
• Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions
• Gather, research and prepare communications material
• Initiate and maintain contact with the media

Employment Start Date: ASAP

Wage Rate: $ 36.00 per hour

Employment Type: Full – time, (35 hours per week) Permanent employment

Employment Duration: Term of 2 years

Work Location: Surrey, BC

Other requirements:

Language of work: English

Education: College /CEGEP required

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience

Candidate should have knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Google Drive
