Job Description

As a Baker, the following duties must be performed:

Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders, Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies, Bake mixed dough and batters, Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods, Draw up production schedules, Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards, Operate machinery, Organize and maintain inventory, Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods

Employment Start Date: ASAP

Wage Rate: $ 35.50 per hour

Employment Type: Full – time, (35 hours per week) Permanent employment

Employment Duration: Term of 2 years

Work Location: Surrey, BC

Language of work: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of related experience required
