customer service supervisor (except financial services) (NOC 62023)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED:

• Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Examine and verify the accuracy of work
• Prepare and submit reports
• Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Conduct performance reviews
• Perform same duties as workers supervised
• Co-ordinate, assign and review work
• Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery

A successful candidate will have the following:

Education: Bachelor's degree

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Language : English

Position: 1

Salary : CAD $ 34.10 per hour. Full Time permanent position at Location 21 Four Seasons Place suite Unit 325 Etobicoke, ON, M9B 0A6
