                                         Cleaning Supervisor 

Employer: 1101300 B.C LTD

TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: Full time, Permanent

BENEFITS: As per Employment Standards Act;  4% vacation Pay

EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years of experience.

EDUCATION: Completion of secondary is required.

WAGE RATE: $30.00 per hour, 40 hours per week.

START DATE OF EMPLOYMENT: As soon as possible

JOB DUTIES:

• Supervise and co-ordinate the work of cleanars and janitors.
• Inspect sites or facilities to ensure established safety and cleanliness standards are met.
• Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting,repair work,renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment
• Hire and train cleaning staff
• Prepare work schedule and co-ordinate activities with those of other departments.
• Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
• May perform certain cleaning duties.   

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

1. Good oral communication to supervise employees 
2. 2.     Candidate should be good at making independent decisions and problem solving.
