The main responsibilities of a Sales and Marketing Manager as per below:

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
Oversee the sales team, monitor performance, and ensure sales targets are met.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Create and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and SEO.
Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, trends, and new opportunities.
Manage the organization’s brand image and coordinate promotional activities.
Monitor and analyze the performance of sales and marketing initiatives using KPIs.
Train and develop team members to enhance skills and align with organizational goals.
