Responsibilities

Tasks

• Develop specific plans to prioritize
• Organize tasks to accomplish the work
• Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
• Prepare and submit reports
• Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
• Arrange for maintenance and repair work
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Train workers in duties and policies
• Co-ordinate, assign and review work
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
• Ensure compliance with government regulations

Experience and specialization

Computer and technology knowledge

• Electronic scheduler
• Inventory control software
• MS Excel
• MS Word

Equipment and machinery experience

• Firearms
• Possession and Acquisition License is required

Important Requirements:

• Familiarity with firearms laws and regulations governing possession, transportation, and sales.
• Ability to handle firearms inventory with a high level of compliance and security.
• Background check to ensure eligibility to work with regulated goods.
• Strong supply chain management skills, including logistics, inventory control, and vendor management.
• Health and safety knowledge related to firearms handling and storage.
