LOCATION:

SALARY: $35.00 per hour; full-time position (40 hours/week)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position involves the management of our three locations listed above, specifically:

• Planning, organizing and controlling the daily operations of the stores and implementing all franchise operational procedures.
• Recruits staff and recommends promotion, transfer, or termination of staff.
• Handles training of staff in job duties, franchise operational procedures, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Assigns, oversees and evaluates work.
• Organizes, completes and posts staff work schedules.
• Supervises food preparation to ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Maintains inventory control systems and orders supplies and food ingredients.
• Deals with suppliers, negotiates delivery arrangements.
• Supports local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensures that all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policy are followed.
• Handles all customer service issues including resolving customer complaints, etc.
• Maintains business records, monitors revenues and performs daily closeout procedures on POS system including bank deposits.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous restaurant management experience (minimum 2-3 year)
• Working knowledge of POS systems
