Job title: Elderly Caregiver

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (40hr/week)

Wage: C$24.00/hr.

Language Requirement: English.

Qualification: Senior Secondary (High) School Certificate.

Experience: 1 month to 7 months.

Start Date: As soon as possible

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain a safe and healthy living environment at home.
• Dispense medication according to doctor’s advice.
• Assist with personal care task, such as oral hygienic and grooming
• Assist in client prescribed exercise from healthcare provider.  
• Take full responsibility for the house in the absence of householders; ensure the elderly is never left alone.  
• Monitor and attend to the care need of the elderly.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to the doctor’s directions.
• Accompany elderly for doctor’s appointments.
• Launder and clean of the elderly cloth, prepare her bed.
• Support the emotional well-being of the elderly.
• Perform hygiene task like cleaning up after meals and washing soiled bedding and cloths
