Job Title: Food service supervisor

Salary: $20.10/hour

Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time, 35 to 40 hours per Week

Employment Conditions: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend

Job requirements

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: One year or more years of experience in relevant field

Specific Skills: 

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Prepare budget and cost estimates
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports

• 3-4 people
