Currently, we are looking for a full-time Nail Care Technician who can help enhance and enrich our clients' styles.

Position: Nail Care Technician

Wage: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (Depending on working experience)

Working Hours: 30 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Responsibility:

• Cleaning, shaping, polishing and decorating nails using various materials and techniques;
• Providing hand and foot massages and other treatments to promote relaxation and wellness;
• Assessing the condition of clients' nails and recommending appropriate nail care treatments and products;
• Removing old nail polish, acrylics, or gel nail enhancements using appropriate tools and techniques;
• Sterilizing and maintaining tools and equipment to ensure proper hygiene and sanitation;
• Providing advice and guidance to clients on proper nail care and maintenance techniques;
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest nail care trends, products, and techniques through training and research;
• Maintaining accurate records of client services and sales;
• Adhering to health and safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualification:

• Completion of high school, college or beauty school programs for cosmeticians, estheticians, electrologists, manicurists and pedicurists is required or on -the-job training is provided;
• Experience with Manicures, Pedicures, Shellac/Gel Polish applications, Gel extensions, and Nail art techniques is an asset;
• Working knowledge in English;
• Friendly and have a positive attitude;
• Practitioners offering these personal services are required to adhere to infection control procedures.
