Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.

• Inspect and evaluate the work of cleaning staff to ensure that high standards of cleanliness are maintained.

• Train and develop cleaning staff to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all areas are cleaned timely and thoroughly.

• Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

• Respond to and resolve customer complaints related to cleaning services.

• Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure that cleaning staff are working in a safe environment.

• Prepare reports and maintain records of cleaning operations and staff performance for review by management.

Skills required: 

• Hire and Train cleaning staff

• Interpersonal Skills

• Supervisory experience

Pay rate: 

• $36 per hour

Education and Work experience:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

• 1 -2 years work experience is an asset.
