JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ARE LISTED BELOW:

• Perform work in accordance with the safety best practices.
• Take measurements to develop a suitable layout for a fixture.
• Selecting, measuring, and marking materials for interior panelling, trim and mouldings
• Cutting and shaping materials and joining them with nails, screws, bolts or glue.
• Developing a work plan
• Examining and interpreting blueprints, drawings, sketches and determining dimensions and materials required.
• Inspecting wall covering, trims, and mould to detect broken or damaged structures.
• Collaborate with other carpenters, journeymen, and supervisors to complete the projects.
• Compliance with local building codes, and health and safety regulations.
• Shapes and cuts material to specify measurements, using hand tools, machines, and power saws

Key Requirements:

-       Completion of high school

-       1 to less than 7 months of experience

-       Client focus, Effective interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Flexibility, Team player.

-       Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.

Language: English

Salary: CAD$ 29/hour. Full-time permanent position
