• Conduting Through interview to identify the candidates with the right skill and mid set for the aviation industry.
• Leveraging your expertise in cock-pit related knowledge to assess technical competencies effectively.
• Strong interviewing skills and experience in selecting aviation professionals
• Ensuring excellemt communiciton skills to interact seemless with a diverse range of candidates
• Staying ahead of the curve by understanding the Global Aviation industry and current market trends and ongoing changes.
• Indepth knowlege of the global aviation industry and current market trends.
• Prepare and post notices and advertisements.
