RESPONSIBILITIES 

Tasks

- Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.

- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, conferences

- Schedule and confirm appointments

- Greet people and direct them to contracts or service areas

- Conduct research

- Perform data entry

- Provide customer service

- Maintain and manage digital database

- Supervise office and volunteer staff

- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
