Are you a dynamic and results-driven recruitment professional fluent in both English and French? YMM General Contracting is looking for a Bilingual Recruitment Specialist to join our team on a full-time and permanent basis.

Position Details:
• Job Title: Bilingual Recruitment Specialist
• NOC Code: 12101
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Salary: $27.00 per hour
• Hours per week: 30-40 hours
• Duration: 24 months

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and placing bilingual candidates.
• Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies using both traditional and digital platforms.
• Assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability for positions.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate onboarding and orientation sessions.
• Notify applicants of selection outcomes and prepare job offers.
• Organize and oversee staff consultation and grievance procedures.
• Determine employee eligibility for entitlements, arrange staff training, and provide employee support services.
• May be required to perform sales-related tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is required.
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and employment best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
