• Salary: $17.50 hourly / 30 to 44 hours per Week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent employment- Full time

Responsibilities

Tasks

• Take clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables.
• Use manual and electrical appliances to wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit.
• Clean and sanitize items such as pots, pans, dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
• Collect, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
• Wash worktables, cupboards, and dishes, remove the trash, and clean kitchen garbage containers.
• Load bus pans and trays and place dishes in the storage area.
• Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
• Stock up condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
• Keep records of the quantities of food used and stock refrigerators and salad bars.
• Portion, Package, and wrap take-out food.
• Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items.
• Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
• Handle and store cleaning products.
• Sweep and mop floors and perform other duties to assist the cook and kitchen staff.
• Unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, cupboards, and other storage areas.
