Specific Skills

• Gather, research and prepare communications material,
• Prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity and information programs, materials and sessions,
• Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, briefs, bibliographies, speeches, presentations, Website content and press releases,
• Act as spokesperson for an organization,
• Answer written and oral inquiries,
• Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies,
• Develop, implement and evaluate communication strategies and programs,
• Initiate and maintain contact with the media,
• Develop and organize workshops, meetings, ceremonies and other events for publicity, fundraising and information purposes,
• Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material,
• Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions

Other Requirement

• At least 3 years’ professional experience in marketing and/or advertising occupation
• Proficient experience in social media marketing
• Proven experience in marketing and promoting a sports-related business, preferably a badminton club.
• Submission of a completed work sample showcasing marketing efforts in the sports industry.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally in order to best understand the market and consumer base
