Job requirements: 

Languages: English

Education: 

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Specific Skills: 

• Oversee and manage the store’s day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Monitor sales, inventory levels, and customer feedback to evaluate store performance and implement improvements.
• Plan and coordinate merchandising, in-store promotions, and daily retail activities.
• Supervise staff, assign tasks, and ensure team members are trained and motivated to meet service standards.
• Analyze customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activity to guide sales strategies and product choices.
• Decide on the types of snacks, beverages, and specialty items to stock based on demand and seasonality.
• Source and purchase trending and in-demand merchandise from reputable suppliers for resale.
• Design and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and attract foot traffic.
• Create and manage budgets, track store revenue, and control operational expenses to maintain profitability.
• Assess staffing needs and plan schedules to maintain adequate coverage during business hours.
• Lead recruitment efforts, conduct interviews, and oversee onboarding and performance of new staff.
