Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect and troubleshoot construction and landscaping equipment to identify faults and malfunctions
• Adjust, repair, or replace defective parts and components
• Conduct routine maintenance including cleaning, lubricating, and servicing equipment
• Test repaired equipment to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturer specifications
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, service logs, and documentation
• Order parts and manage inventory of tools, supplies, and components
• Set up and assemble machines and equipment as needed
• Perform welding tasks related to repairs and equipment modifications
• Service attachments and working tools used in construction and landscaping
• Diagnose and repair emission control systems in compliance with regulations
• Train and supervise apprentices or junior mechanics
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Eligibility Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school and training courses or a vocational program is usually required
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Physically able to bend, crouch, and stand for long periods
• Effective in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills
• Good hand-eye coordination and sound judgment
• Strong English oral and written communication
• Highly organized and reliable
• Client-focused and a dedicated team player
• Adaptable to dynamic work conditions 

Location: 95 Joymar Dr suite Unit 7Mississauga, ONL5M 3S8
Salary: $36.50 hourly / 35 hours per Week
Overtime:1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
