Responsibilities
Tasks
- Coordinate daily office operations and assist in implementing improved administrative procedures.
- Set work priorities, delegate tasks to support staff, and ensure tax deadlines are met.
- Maintain and organize client records in accordance with internal policies.
- Oversee the secure handling and release of confidential financial information.
- Plan and manage office logistics including equipment maintenance, supplies, and service contracts.
- Support budgeting, project planning, and administrative reporting processes.
- Assist in preparing the annual operating budget and monitor office expenditures.
- Compile data and prepare regular reports, correspondence, and documentation.
- Draft and maintain office manuals, procedures, and communication materials.
- Supervise and support administrative staff involved in records and file management.
