EKAM LANDSCAPING & GARDENING LTD. provides quality lawn care, Landscaping Maintenance, and Tree Services to residential, Strata, and commercial clients. We are a fast growing company in BC, Canada. We are currently a Surrey based company and in need of a Landscaper to work with us.

Position: Landscaper

NOC: 22114

Terms of employment: Permanent / Full-Time

Vacancy: 1

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: $36.00/ hour for 32 hours per week

Language: English

Education: Secondary (High) School Graduate.

Experience: 2 to less than 3 years in the same or related field.

Main Duties:

• Perform landscape maintenance task such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
• Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
• Weed and mulch garden beds
• Prune and shape trees and shrubs
• May have to operate power tools and equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Irrigate plants and maintain irrigation systems
• Monitor and control pests and diseases in the garden
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of gardening tools and equipment
• Visit sites and assess the gardening area, apply lawn care products and guide.
• Attention to detail for maintaining the appearance of the garden 

Other Skills:

• Have knowledge of different plants, flowers, and trees.
• Have familiarity with power tools used in gardening.
• Ability to use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and prunes.
• Physical stamina to work outdoors for extended periods of time
• Good communication skills to work effectively with team members

Work conditions and physical capabilities:
Fast-paced environment; Repetitive tasks; physically demanding; May have to lift Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
