Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Automotive Service Manager or Senior Service Advisor to be trained and fill the Service Manager position. The candidate is required to lead our service department of 5 technicians and 2 service advisors. He will possess a strong background in automotive repair and customer service, with the ability to manage a team of technicians while ensuring high-quality service delivery. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales through effective management of service operations.
Responsibilities Tasks
- Direct and control daily operations
- Evaluate daily operations
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Manage staff and assign duties
- Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
- Supervise office and volunteer staff
