Job Description

Job Title: Food Service Manager

Salary: $ 36.60 / hour
Vacancies: 1

Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time 35 - 40 hours / week
Start date: As soon as possible
Employment conditions: Day, Evening, Flexible Hours, Morning, Weekend

Job requirements:

Languages: English


Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

  • Track daily and weekly sales to manage and control labour costs effectively
  • Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours
  • Decide on menu promotions, customer service standards, and apply standard operating procedures in line with Subway guidelines
  • Coordinate with approved vendors and suppliers for ordering food, packaging, and other store essentials
  • Oversee all aspects of day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and manage store budgets while keeping a close eye on income and expenses to ensure profitability
