Dominos Pizza is seeking an organized and dynamic individual who is reliable, dependable, with good communication skills, ability to multi-task, goal setting skills, ability to work and lead the team under pressure.

Job Type

• Full-time, Permanent (36-40hrs/week)

Salary

•  $ 18.50 per hour (paid bi-weekly)

Duties and responsibilities

• Coordinate and delegate various duties to the team like food preparing, sanitation, or stock items
• Make work schedules and assist in assigning duties to work staff
• Maintain records of needed repairs, daily sales, and wastage
• Assist in training and onboarding process, ensuring the new recruits are familiar with store policies and procedures.
• Maintain service records and repair or replacement records
• Checking the quality of food and restaurant on timely manner make checklist daily.
• Performs paperwork duties and assists with product orders and inventory as needed.
• Create and maintain employee records
• Responsible for consistently implementing the service standards and operating procedures for all food and beverage services.
• Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that excellent levels of service are being delivered to the customers.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Comply with all store policies and procedures and rules and regulations.

Education

• College diploma (Education in relevant trade is an asset)

Qualifications & Experience

• Supervision/Management experience of at least 6 Months to 1 Year
• Experience in same field is an asset
• Must work mixed shifts depending upon the schedule

Job Requirements

• Must be able to work flexible hours during, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong analytical and managing skills, ability to supervise 5-10 persons
• A positive and team-oriented attitude
• Must be able to work with a team and have a strong initiative.
• Must be able to perform efficiently during high volume peak periods.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada.

Physical requirements

• Standing for long periods of time
• Working in a hot kitchen environment
