Responsibilities

Tasks

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day business activities
• Monitor and assess daily workflows and operational efficiency
• Strategically plan and schedule routine business functions
• Supervise employees and delegate tasks appropriately
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to determine demand, forecast sales, and evaluate competitors’ impact
• Select products and services for sale based on market needs and company goals
• Establish and apply pricing structures and credit policies
• Design and execute promotional and marketing strategies.
• Prepare financial plans and track income and expenditures
• Identify staffing needs and organize workforce resources
• Address and resolve operational challenges, customer inquiries, complaints, and inventory issues
• Recruit, supervise and train staff.
• Lead performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement
