Responsibilities/Tasks
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day functions of the real estate office
- Direct control of office activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and oversee budgets, ensuring effective cost control
- Create, implement, and enforce company policies and procedures
- Recruit, onboard, and lead a motivated and high-performing team
- Review and finalize operational reports for internal and external use
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Administer service and partnership contracts to support business needs
- Analyze business data to guide decision-making and improve service delivery
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align field activities with brand messaging
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any concerns or service issues
- Lead the planning and execution of promotional and marketing initiatives
