Job Title: Medical Administrative Assistant
Employer: Ontario Diagnostic Centre (ODC) – Markham
Location: L3P 7P2, Markham, ON
Wage: $36.50 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week
Vacancies: 1
Position: Full-time, Permanent (Shift)
Start Date: As soon as possible

Requirements:
• Minimum Education: College/CEGEP
• Minimum Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
• Language: English
• Workplace Information: On site (work must be completed at the physical location; there is no option to work remotely)

Job Duties:
• Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other materials
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Complete insurance and other claim forms
• Maintain medical filing system
• Order supplies and manage inventory
• Enter and format medical reports and correspondence electronically
• Prepare spreadsheets and documents for review
• Initiate and maintain confidential medical records and files
• Provide professional and courteous customer service
