Job Title:  Cleaning Supervisor

Job Description:

• Establishing cleaning standards and processes for employees, as well as ensuring adherence to these standards and procedures.

• Controlling and monitoring the use of cleaning supplies in order to avoid or reduce waste and/or abuse.

• Cleaning equipment should be inspected on a regular basis to determine when it is worn out and to seek replacement.

• Providing any form of required assistance to cleaners while they carry out their duties.

• Serve as a liaison between management and employees.

• Liaise with outside suppliers and contractors for facility cleanliness maintenance.

• Monitors maintenance and cleaning supplies and notifies management of orders as needed on a daily and weekly basis.

• Making working schedules of the workers according to their availability.

Skills required: 

• Hire and Train cleaning staff

• Interpersonal Skills

• Supervisory experience

Pay rate: 

• $36.85 per hour

Education and Work experience:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

• 1 year to less than 2 years work experience is an asset.
