While we continue to expand, weare seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Project Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:
The Construction Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inceptionthrough completion. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability tolead and motivate a team to achieve project goals efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate daily operations
• Coordinate subcontractors activities
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Select trade subcontractors
• Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
• Recruit, hire and supervise staff
• Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors
• Plan and prepare consruction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements
• Read blueprint, schemas and drawings
• Plan and manage budgets
• Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
• Develop and implement quality control programs
• Develop risk management plans
• Oversee the analysis of data and information
• Prepare reports
• Supervise up to 16-20 people at a time

**Qualifications:**
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. PMP orequivalent certification is a plus.

- **Experience:**

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction project management

- **Knowledge:**

• In-depth understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.

- **Other:**

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s licenseand reliable transportation.
