 Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Tasks

• Supervise daily operations and schedules of all delivery drivers.
• Monitor driver performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Plan and assign delivery routes to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries across all service areas.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and coordinate maintenance.
• Train new drivers on safety procedures and route navigation.
• Resolve customer complaints related to delivery issues.
• Maintain delivery logs and prepare operational reports.
• Monitor GPS tracking systems to ensure route adherence.
• Enforce health and safety regulations for all transportation activities.
