We are the franchise of Osmow’s and running the Fast-food outlet at Toronto since May 2023. Osmow’s is a fast casual restaurant capturing a truly modern taste of the Mediterranean cuisine while giving customers the luxury of customizing their preferences.

Our Store is located at 220 Yonge St, Toronto, ON M5B 2H1

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate food preparation and cooking activities in the restaurant.
• Assess food needs and estimate food and labor costs.
• Supervise team members, other cooks and kitchen staff.
• Organize the purchase and repair of equipment.
• Help in recruitment of kitchen staff.
• Regularly prepare and cook food or handle special requests from customers.
• Ensure that meals are prepared in a timely manner in accordance with recipes.
• Ensure cleanliness in the kitchen and work area by follow all required checklists and cleaning schedules.
• Assure the proper care and maintenance of all food service equipment; identify equipment needs for food preparation and service.
• Ensure food quality by maintaining high levels of cleanliness, organization, storage, and sanitation of food products.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• At least 2 – 3 years related experience.
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Excellent planning and organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and with team too.
• Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities.
• Have good communication skills.
