We at Alebi African Cuisine, 8699 120 Street, Delta BC V4C 6R5, are looking to fill position of a FOOD SERVICE SUPERVISOR (TEER 62020) starting October 01, 2025. The responsibilities will include:

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule activities of kitchen staff
• Estimate and order food, ingredients and supplies for restaurant
• Train staff in duties as per the role and food safety procedures
• Assist in menu planning and special meals (Nigerian/African)
• Monitoring food wastage and oversee kitchen operation
• Give consolidated direction of food order summaries based on customer’s requests and event bookings
• Establishing work schedules and procedures based on weekly performance of restaurant
• Maintain food and service quality consistently
• Understanding of basic computer programs

Salary: $36.75 per hr / 35 hours per Week.

Language required: English and Yoruba.

Education: Post secondary Trade Certificate/Diploma in Cooking and Food safety; Experience: 3-5 years in Nigerian/African cuisine

Work setting: Restaurant-Fast Paced
