Location: 2710 N Park Drive Unit 12,  Brampton, ON L6S 0E9
Salary: $36.50 hourly / 30 hours per Week
Overtime:1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

 Job Responsibilities: 

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and consistency in service
• Modify food preparation techniques and menu pricing based on budgetary guidelines specific to Hakka cuisine
• Plan and coordinate kitchen and front-of-house activities
• Recruit, train, and manage staff, including setting work schedules
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any complaints or concerns professionally
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control to minimize waste
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations
• Participate in marketing initiatives, promotions, and community engagement to grow the customer base
• Conduct staff performance evaluations and provide guidance for improvement
• Implement operational procedures tailored to the cultural and culinary standards of Hakka food

Eligibility Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school and training courses or a vocational program is usually required
• 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management,
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent English oral and written communication and customer service abilities
• In-depth understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Involves a mix of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
• Demands physical effort and the ability to manage a high workload independently.
• Highly organized and reliable
• Client-focused and a dedicated team player
