Dispatchers Supervisor
- Location: 150 Hedgedale Road Brampton, ON L6T 5L2
- Work location: On site
- Salary: 36.00 to 39.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per week

Responsibilities
Tasks
- - Supervise daily dispatch operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery schedules.
- - Coordinate with drivers and logistics teams to manage routes and workloads.
- - Monitor vehicle locations and delivery progress using GPS and dispatch software.
- - Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
- - Address delivery delays, emergencies, or driver concerns in real-time.
- - Review and approve driver logs, timesheets, and delivery records.
- - Maintain clear communication with clients regarding shipment status and issues.
- - Train and supervise dispatch staff to ensure high performance and accuracy.
- - Analyze operational data to improve efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
- - Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports to senior management.
