Salary: $26.20 per hour

Hours: 40 per week

Terms of employment: Full time/Permanent

Minimum Education: completion of secondary school

Start date: as soon as possible.

Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience

Job Duties:

• Post general entries.
• Maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
• Prepare Tax Returns
• Maintain Accounting records for each client, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Record financial transactions for clients, including income, expenses, invoices, and receipts, into accounting software or ledgers.
• Prepare trial balance of books
• Reconcile clients' bank statements with their financial records to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate account balances.
• Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable for clients. This includes processing invoices, tracking payments, and managing outstanding bills.
• Monitor and categorize business expenses for clients, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to tax regulations.
